---

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

---

Shipping & Delivery Times

We offer international shipping to most countries worldwide.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.

---

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.

---

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

---

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at [your support email] and we will investigate the matter with the carrier. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

---

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at [your support email] — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
